MACRO DOSING
For dry syrups, powder suspensions.
Full automatic continuous motion machine, suitable for the dosage with VACUUM / PRESSURE system of powders such as dry syrups and similar ones into glass or plastic bottles and subsequent closure with any type of cap, such as: ROPP Pilfer-Proof caps, screw caps, pressure caps.
The VACUUM/PRESSURE dosing system is a VOLUMETRIC system, based on the principle that a certain quantity of HOMOGENEOUS product corresponds to a precise VOLUME.
The product is not transferred directly from the first container (powder tank) to the final one (bottle) but in a first phase it is placed in an INTERMEDIATE CONTAINER (the dosator).
