Dosing Powders Machines for vials, FC series (cochlea system)

FC 080 Series - Models for productions up to 5,000 vials/hour.

FC 080 - One dosing station, without stoppering (fit version for the application clean weight control group). Base dimensions 900x900.

FC 080 T - One dosing station and a stoppering one. Base dimensions 900x1400.

FC 082 - Two dosing stations, without stoppering (fit version for the application clean weight control group). Base dimensions 900x900.

FC 082 T - Two dosing stations and a stoppering one. Base dimensions 900x1400.

 

 

All machines vials range: diameter from ø24 to ø70; height from mm.48 to mm.150

All machines dosing range: least cm3.5;
maximum for single dosing station machines (FC 080): cm3.25
maximum for double dosing station machines (FC 082): cm3.50

In double dosing station versions, the machine is normally equipped with only one feeding hopper.
If required, it can be equipped with separated hoppers, in way from dosing two different powders in a same vial.
